store credit & exchanges

changed your mind? we offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged pieces in their original condition.

to request store credit or an exchange, email us at hello@helloterramoon.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to do.

how it works

store credit: we'll issue you a store credit code for the full value of your return (excluding original shipping costs) to use on your next purchase.

exchanges: we'll help you swap your piece for a different style or size. just cover the shipping cost for your new item.
